Your generous giving will empower EAST students to create and inspire change in their communities.
"You just get more done in EAST. I don’t have to conform to what everyone else is doing. I’m able to focus more on what my team and I are working on." - Hayden George, Senior EAST student at Benton High School
"EAST is an opportunity to grow and become a part of something bigger than yourself and to become a better person. It’s shown me that other people can be right and have ideas that work better than my own." - Chance Fisher, Hot Springs World Class High School
"EAST provided me with not only the support and the materials, but taught me the soft skills like communicating ideas effectively and speaking in front of people even when you’re uncomfortable. These are the values that EAST instills in every student." - Allyn Irvin, Senior Project Manager for Big Cedar Lodge
Thousands of EAST students participate in EAST Conference every year, sharing their projects with other programs and rubbing elbows with exhibitors and professionals in Breakout Sessions.
EAST hosts over 70 student training sessions annually covering technical and soft skill topics. During the 2019-20 school year, EAST equipped over 1,100 students with skills to succeed through training. When you donate to Student Training, your dollars help EAST provide top-tier training options to students.
Just $25 provides a student access to an in-person training session with professionals.
EAST offers our facilitators (teachers) several different opportunities for professional development. EAST Seminar gathers facilitators from across the country into one space every summer to prepare for the upcoming school year and to help steer their programs in the right direction.Phase training is a multi-session process spread out over the course of a semester which trains new facilitators on how to operate EAST programs, and Education Unleashed provides on-demand resources and training to assist facilitators at any moment.
A $250 dollar donation helps fund opportunities for EAST Facilitators to grow, and become the best teachers in the country.
The needs of EAST are ever-changing as schools with EAST and internal initiatives to serve the public evolve. When you donate to the greatest need, your dollars support teachers who serve as EAST facilitators, students, and staff in the here and now.
A gift of any amount provides new opportunities to students and facilitators.
EAST consistently seeks new ways to offer opportunities to students and put them on a path to success. EAST Student Scholarship is a scholarship for seniors initially created through EAST Staff and EAST Board of Directors' generosity. When you donate to the EAST Student Scholarship, you ensure our scholarship program's sustainability and invest in the future of EAST students.
For every $25,000 raised, another student will receive an EAST Scholarship.
Technology is what enables EAST students to learn exponentially and to create massive change within their communities. 3D printers, ArcGIS mapping systems, Adobe Creative Cloud software, photo and video cameras, and so much more are provided to EVERY program in order to guarantee that students are well-equipped for whatever direction their projects are aimed.Technology Grants help EAST maintain technology that might break, as well as provide established programs with new technology to keep EAST students running at full-speed.
A $100 gift will provide an EAST program with a piece of state of the art technology.
EAST Conference is the culmination of the school year for every EAST program.
